Leather Jacket Games is a retail store (we do not sell wholesale). As a retailer, we seek to sell our products to consumers, not to other businesses, resellers or scalpers. We seek to get as much product into as many end users' hands as possible.

We do not currently offer bulk deals as we are:

1. Not a wholesaler

2. Generally try to keep our prices below market value (so you're likely already getting a deal)

3. Not set up to cost effectively ship large orders (mostly due to Wix's limitations as an online store platform)

With that said, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs (with customer's consent) after an order is placed, or cancel and refund any large order we deem too much of a financial burden to ship.

We also reserve the right to adjust quantities of product(s) (with customer's consent), or cancel and refund your order if you are suspected to be another business, reseller, or scalper. This policy is set up to allow us to continue to give below market deals to our customers and prevent people from clearing our shelves in order to simply sell it for more, thus perpetuating the cycle of exploding market prices.

- Fraud & Bots -

If you are deemed to have broken our terms of service, acted in bad faith (ex. exploiting a sale, coupon, loyalty / referral program or some limitation of the Wix online store platform), or used automation (ex. bots) to place an order, your order will be cancelled, refunded, and you may be subject to a 3% payment processing fee.

If a chargeback occurs and we suspect credit card fraud, you will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
